Fish Dish

For as long as I can remember this fish (or one exactly like it) has been at the pet store at Sheraton Mall.

Whenever I see it, 3 questions come to mind:

1. What type of fish is it anyway?

2. What's its life expectancy?

3. Would a home-made tartar sauce be the right garnish?
